TalentUnlocked was founded by Simon Smith (ex-Investigo and JSS Search Co-Founder) and Alex Smith. We're a specialist recruitment marketplace connecting employers directly with expert agencies, built to reduce hiring friction and cost for employers, create greater opportunity for agencies, and transform how top talent is hired.

Paid from your placement fee

Example: a £60,000 hire at a 12% agency fee. The employer pays the agency £7,200 and TalentUnlocked £1,200. The agency pays TalentUnlocked £1,200 and keeps £6,000.
